We have other 1 & 2 bedroom apartments etc nearby, so if you have a large group please contact us. Off peak £295 per week, Peak £380 per week. This is the total price for the property and NOT per person. Fully fitted kitchen including, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle, fridge / freezer, coffee maker & toaster. Washing machine, ironing board and iron in the utility room. Both bedrooms are large with 2 single beds in each ( can be pushed together !) plus an extra single fold up bed (£20 surcharge). There is also a courtesy travel cot, (photo below, please bring your own baby bedding, if you wish to use this). Bathroom has bidet & bath with shower. Villamartin Golf club is just a walk across the road, Las Ramblas & Real Campoamor golf clubs 5/10 mins drive. Superb beaches about 5 /10 mins drive ( all blue flag). Bars, restaurants, mini-supermarket, bank, chemist, doctor all within 5 mins walk. Communal pool (free) or you can use the golf club pool if you buy drinks there. Torrevieja promenade, marina, town centre are about 5 miles. Alicante and Murcia airports about 35-45 mins drive. Large lounge / dining room with TV ("cable", showing Sky News, TCM, BBC1 & 2, ITV1 & 2, Channel 4, TVE Spanish, Antenna 3 Spanish, Channel 5, RTE Television, Living TV, Tele 5 Spanish,TVE 1 Spanish, UK Gold, History, Discovery, SCI-FI, Music Channel, Boomerang, Films/Sports, Sky Movies 1 & 2, Sky Sports 1, 2, & 3, Eurosport.*),DVD player, Video player & radio. Large patio with furniture and small garden with palm tree! A great place to stay for those who want a lively family or golf holiday. This property can be booked from any day of the week. Prices are per week. The price also includes your bed linen and wash towels. You only need to bring pool or beach towels. We try our best to arrange arrival and departure times around you, although during busy times the earliest you can get into your property is 1pm and leaving time is 10 am. There is a damages deposit when you collect your keys. This is returned to you the day you leave. Airport collection and return can be booked. Please ask for prices as these vary depending on party size and times of arrival and departure. Extra beds can be hired. Car hire can be arranged at Alicante or Murcia airport.
