Owners description
Location
The villa is situated on a private road in the resort of Playa Flamenca and is about 5 minutes of the N332.
Local amenities
There are three restaurants just over a 5-minute walk from the villa. If you were to walk a further 5 minutes there is the recently completed commercial center called Via Park.
When we were last there in February 2002, there were three bars and about three restaurants had been opened, but I would guess by now is fully occupied.
Also very close to the bars are four tennis courts.
The closest beach is La Zenia beach which is a 15 > 20 minute walk or 5 minutes in the car.
From June to October there is a bus, which travels to the beach and can be taken from a stop 5 minutes from the villa.
The Mercadona supermarket is a 5-minute drive, with close by other small shop including car hire.
Villa facilities
The villa is laid out over three floors and benefits from being south facing.
The ground floor
Kitchen
The kitchen has benefited from a new oven/hob and fridge. It also has kettle, Microwave and toaster.
It is fully equipped with cutlery, glasses and plates etc all of which are new and ample for six persons.
There is also an iron, ironing board and clothes dryer.
Lounge
The lounge has a wrap around sofa and comes complete with hot and cold air conditioning.
It also has a TV, Video and a CD player. The TV can received 15 English Channel including Sky, Sky sports, Fox Kids and the movie channel.
Again, all but the sofa is new.
Bedroom
This has two new single beds, a pine bedside cabinet, bedside light and a pine chest of draws.
Cloak room.
This has a washbasin and toilet.
1st Floor
Bedroom
This has two new single beds, a pine bedside cabinet, bedside light and fully fitted wardrobes.
Master bedroom
This has a new double bed, with bedside cabinets, bedside lights and fully fitted wardrobes with internal draws. It also benefits from a terrace.
Bath/Shower room.
This has a shower over the bath and is fully filed and is complete with Bidet, Basin and Toilet.
2nd Floor
The villa has a full size roof terrace complete with BBQ, Sun loungers, Garden furniture and Parasol.
Also on the room terrace is an enclosed new automatic washing machine.
Villa Garden.
There is a tile drive to park your car and also a small terrace area in front of the house.
