Considerable investment has been made on Spanish roads in recent years, but do be prepared to pay toll fees from time to time. A few points to consider: - Air Conditioning Between the months of April - November it can get very hot, especially if driving long distances. Make your life easier with air-conditioning. These days you will typically pay a small daily fee for the privilege. Definitely worth considering. Baby/Child Seat Child seats are usually available for a small daily sur-charge. Extra Driver Even if you have confirmed an extra driver when booking, do check & make sure that both drivers are registered at the Spanish end.
