Cadiz Tourist Information Cadiz is the capital of the Costa de la Luz and one of the two provinces within the coastline.    Situated within a bay this historical city with rustic moorish buildings, and narrow cobble streets is quite a place to visit.  There are many sights in and around Cadiz including the Admirals House, a handful of Museums, Cathedrals, Towers, Ruins, and Theatres to name a few please see Cadiz Sightseeing for details.  There is a daily market in the old town of Cadiz from around 10am-2pm, full of atmosphere and bursting with locals it is a great place to pick up souvenirs or food.  Cadiz main fiesta is the largest carnival in Europe, every year on the days leading up to and on Shrove Tuesday in February.  The closest water park to Cadiz is the Aqualand Bahia Waterpark.  With 17 slides, a couple of cafes, and a shaded picnic area its a great family day out, there is even a private bus service that can pick up from your hotel if you book in advance.  Please see Cadiz Water Parks for more information.
