Crypt of Santisimo Santander's Crypt of Santisimo is the city's oldest building, though built over and therefore located under Santander Cathedral. Though small the crypt or church can still be visited and is in a good state of preservation. Recent excavations have uncovered Roman artefacts and evidence of their use of the site.
