Enginy Storehouse Oliva's Enginy Storehouse is an old building dating from the 15-16th century. It is particularly interesting as it was built as a sugar exchange at the time that the world's lucrative sugar trade was firmly under Spanish control. It was used for the storage, refining, and preparation of sugar and each of its rooms bears testament to this. The Enginy storehouse is considered to be one of the best preserved examples of its kind in the Valencian region.
