Gran Canaria Fishing If you enjoy Deep-sea fishing and Big-Game Fishing, then Gran Canaria is the place to come – especially during the main season from May to September. All of the main resorts in Gran Canaria have several companies that offer deep-sea fishing, although the best places to set out from are in Puerto de Mogán, Pasito Blanco and Puerto Rico - With Puerto Rico’s more than 50 deep-sea fishing world records saying everything!! The main species to be found off the coast in these regions are several varieties of tuna and marlin, swordfish and, occasionally, sharks. There is also some good bottom-fishing available all year round. Whether you are a regular fisherman or someone that wants to catch your first bite! All ages will love the fishing here in Gran Canaria! With the calm ocean it really is a lovely day out.
