There are many fiestas in Ibiza island all year round, Ibiza Town's main fiesta is celebrated on the 8th August it is called the Fiesta de San Ciriaco. I highly recommend going to an Ibiza fiesta, as the Spanish really know how to throw a party.
Fiesta's are usually celebrated once a year. Local businesses close, the roads are blocked, and a street party is set up with food, drink and music in abundance. People of all ages join the party in singing and dancing. Then in the evening the there is usually a fair ground, floats, and often on the last night there will be a fireworks display. Sometimes there is even a bank holiday the day after the fiesta for the town to recover! Please see below for dates of fiestas in Ibiza and mainland Spain:
