Maspalomas Golf
There are three golf courses in and surronding the resort of Maspalomas! Gran Canaria in total at present though boast's six golf courses and there four more under construction! Although the other three courses are based in the north and there is only a radius of 50km between them and the golf courses that are based in the South - so you can have a try of the different golf courses!!! The prices of the golf courses in Gran Canaria is well below the average than other areas. The 18-hole courses on the island charge a green fee of around €50 during off-season which is from May to September, and around €70 during the rest of the year, which makes them even more appealing when you take into account the quality of the facilities and installations they have on offer.
All of the golf courses have been designed by the most prestigious international golf course designers and they all boast exceptional features. Most of the golf courses on the island were only recently built, which means that you will find modern courses conceived for the most demanding players. There is no doubt why national and international tournaments are held here throughout the year. One of the courses even has a floodlit course so you can play at night out of the heat from the day! With the all year round weather no wonder Gran Canaria has become one of the top destinations for a golfing holiday!!

Salobre Golf & Resort
The Salobre Golf Course and Resort is one of the newest golf courses in Gran Canaria, Roland Fauré designed this demanding and interesting course, it is a par 71, 18-hole course that covers a length of 6 km. The Course is set in a magnificent scenery with ravines and volcanic landscapes typical for the south of the island, the lush greenery of the course forming a strong contrast to its surroundings.
Its facilities include a golf school, practice area, driving-range, putting green, club hire, hydro-massage, pro-shop and restaurant with terrace.

Anfi Tauro Golf
Anfi Tauro Golf Club is to be found in the municipality of Mogán, on the south side of the island. This is a 9-hole, par 3 course that boasts spectacular lakes of crystal clear water and a wide variety of plants and flowers as well as magnificent views of the mountains. Apart from a putting green and a practice area, you will find here a completely flat practice tee with the possibility to practice from both sides. An 18 hole course is being built here at present.

Campo de Golf de Maspalomas
Campo de Golf de Maspalomas golf course is surrounded by dunes, which had a great impact on the design of the course, created by Mackenzie Ross. International events have taken place on this 18-hole, par 73 course. It is an extremely long and flat course with lengthy, wide lanes. Even on the hottest days, the proximity of the sea and the mild breezes cooled by the trade winds make a visit to this course a wonderful experience. It boasts a practice green, driving range, instructors, facilities for the hire of carts, bags and clubs, shop, restaurant and snack bars.

El Cortijo Golf Center
El Cortijo Golf Center built in 2000, is an 18-hole, par 54 course, which is a small replica of the best American courses, and is considered by experts to be one of the best in the world. The course provides many obstacles, such as spectacular lakes and sand bunkers, which make a marvellous contrast to the green lushness of the course. It should be pointed out that this is the only floodlit course in Gran Canaria, allowing golfers to play at night when temperatures are – especially in summer times – more bearable. It also has a pro-shop, restaurant, bag and club hire as well as a children’s nursery.

El Cortijo de Campo
El Corjito de Campo course was designed by Blake Stirling (Head Designer of Pete Dye) and Marco Martín, this par 72, 18-hole course has fast greens and, with up to six tees per hole, offers a great variety and many difficulties. It also boasts six lakes and more than six hundred century-old palm trees surrounding them. The course has been the venue for important international championships as well as the centre for the Peugeot Oki Tour and the Professional Senior and Women’s Spanish Championships. Other facilities and services that are available at El Corjito de Campo are a golf school, practice course, chipping green, putting green, practice bunker as well as a service for the hire of carts, bags and clubs.

Real Club de Golf de Las Palmas
Real Club de Golf de Las Palmas was Founded by British expatriates in 1891, It is actually the oldest golf course in all of Spain. Designed by Mackenzie Ross, this is a par 71, 18-hole course. It is situated south of the Pico de Bandama, this course boasts wonderful views over Caldera de Bandama, a spectacular volcanic crater. The Golf Club boasts 2 putting greens, practice tee, pitching green, instructors, pro-shop, club hire service, restaurant and an excellent wine cellar. There are also two tennis courts, a horse-riding area and a swimming pool.
