Pamplona Bullring Pamplona's Bullring is an impressive structure which was built in the early 1920's. Adapted to hold up to 20,000 spectators it is one of Spain's most impressive, and visitors usually view it as a must on their list of things to do in Pamplona. However the bullring in Pamplona is certainly not the country's oldest, as prior to it's construction bullfights took place in the Plaza de Castillo square. The bullring sees most use during the internationally recognised San Fermin festival, which incorporates the running of the bulls through the city streets on each day of the festivities.
