Pamplona Camara de Comptos Pamplona's Camara de Comptos was in effect the chamber of accounting for the then independent state of Navarre. It was the first of it's kind in Spain quickly growing in stature and resuming further responsibility. By the time the Castilian crown annexed the kingdom it had assumed the role of treasury to the crown.
