There are many Airlines and Tour Operators that fly to Lanzarote Airport (ACE) it is located in the Capital of the island Las Palmas. These Airlines and Tour Operators include BMI, My Travel Lite, British Airways, Thomson, First Choice and Iberia, plus many more. Whichever resort you are staying in the transfer time from the aiport will be less than an hour. The Airlines generally fly from all London Airports, Birmingham, Manchester International and most other airports depending on which airline / tour operator you choose to fly with! The prices can really vary, again depending on which airline and what time of year etc but generally you will not be looking at more than £150 for a return flight. The flight time is roughly four and a half hours from most airports in the UK. Or alternatively there are private rentals available, apartments or villas in complex's with communal pools to large villas / houses with private pool's and land - if you are a large group or want your privacy. Again these can come very basic perfect for those who want to eat out and just want somewhere to lay their head to extremely luxurious and homely like moving home to home with everything you could possibly need and ,more!! There also the private rentals, people that have bought the property for holiday homes and when they are not there rent out for your exclusive use! These are lovely, normally set in privately owned complexes, where people live! Most come with communal swimming pools too, and these are normally quieter due to this. A word of warning though these are quieter and normally better for families or older groups than the young tourists!!! Prices range from 45 per day for a Studio in Playa Blanca upwards. They will do deals for the longer you have it, it becomes cheaper per day! But generally you are looking from 150 per week for a Studio rental and prices go compared to size and location.
