Playa es Cana Fiestas
There are many fiestas in Ibiza all year round, Playa es Cana does not have its own but there are a couple in Santa Eulalia the nearest resort, and we highly recommend going to an Ibiza fiesta, as the Spanish really know how to throw a party.
A typical fiesta is celebrated annually and usually local businesses close, the roads are blocked off, and a street party is set up with food, drink and music in abundance. People of all ages join the party in singing and dancing. Then in the evening the there is usually a fair ground, and often on the last night there will be a fireworks display. Sometimes there is even a bank holiday the day after the fiesta for the town to recover! Please see below for details:
