Punta Prima Tourism Punta Prima is located at the most southern tip of Menorca island.  Just 5 miles from the airport and a similar distance to the capital of Menorca (Mahon also known as Mao).  Just a few miles from the golf course Punta Prima is well situated for a golfing holiday.  Punta Prima Menorca beach has fine white sand to one side and rocks to the other.  Located close to St Luis, there are pedaloes, windsurfing, and sailing equipment available to hire, and parking is available on the beach. There is allot of sights close to the resort of Punta Prima; there are Boat Tours, Caves, horse harness racing, the park, Military Governors House, Museum of Menorca, the Principal Theatre, St Francesc Church, the Xoriguer Gin Distillery, Yoga classes and much more.  Please see Punta Prima Sightseeing for more details.  The Club de Golf Son Parc golf course is situated in Punta Prima.  It was designed by Dave Thomas, and is situated close to the sea, surrounded by pine trees, and home to many peacocks.  It is a moderately short and even course, trickier on the greens, however the wind can add challenges on every hole.
