Santa Susana Beaches Santa Susana is a charming is well known for its sandy beaches. Though most of the coastline is made up of beaches with course golden sand, there are a number of rocky coves for those who prefer to indulge in a spot of snorkeling. Although beaches are the town's main attraction, visitors to the area will rarely find them overcrowded. Playa de Santa Susana / Santa Susana Beach Playa de Santa Susana stretches for over two kilometres along the town's front. It is made up of course golden sand & due to its urban location has many access points. The beach is flanked by a seafront promenade linking it with the neighboring town of Malgrat. Lining the promenade are a host of cafes, restaurants, & the odd bar. Due to it's location fronting the town centre Playa Santa Susana does have a relatively high occupancy level for the area, though it is still lower than in many other towns. Facilities include; Sun beds & umbrellas, toilets & showers, water sports, parking, public transportation, children's play area, children's beach club, access for the disabled, life guards, & regular police patrols.
