Santander Festival Hall Santander's Festival Hall was constructed in 1991 to serve as the main cultural events and arts venue for the city. The building itself is a worthy architectural attraction, with its most notable feature being that it is entirely covered in blue-green weathered copper and marble. The Santander Festival Hall hosts numerous events throughout the year including many performances of dance, film, theatre, and classical music.
