Santander Town Hall Santander's town hall (Ayuntamiento in Spanish) is a modernist style building whose construction began in 1907. It was however not fully completed until a second phase of constuction was embarked on in 1967; though following the original blueprint. Standing at three storeys tall it is an impressive construct often used a postcard photograph for the city.
