Jayena Rey, Granada Province
The town of Jayena Rey is surrounded by vineyards & pine forest, & is flanked by the Sierra Tejeda mountains. This idyllic setting also boasts a reservoir within its municipality. Little remains of antiquity here due to an earthquake destroying much of the town in 1884. It was not rebuilt until the late 19th century.
